CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
I am a proud Army wife and mother to 2 rambunctious and precious little boys. Prior to being a mom, I taught high school history and coached various athletic teams for around 8 years. While I have always been athletic and involved in sports, my true journey to health and fitness began after the birth of my 2 boys (2 babies in 2 years will do that to you). I wanted to make sure I always had enough energy and strength to play with them all day, everyday. I started Crossfit in 2007 and have been hooked ever since, achieving my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certification in 2017. In addition, I decided to get my nutrition coaching certifications through Eat to Perform and the National Academy of Sports Medicine because I truly believe nutrition is imperative to our performance and lifestyle goals. I love helping people become the best versions of themselves. God has truly blessed me as a mom, a wife and an athlete and my passion is to serve others through helping them make the same positive life changes that I did as they break through whatever is holding them back and commit to a sustainable and attainable lifelong journey in health and wellness.

Hey everyone! I’m Jana, devoted Army Wife, mom to four kiddos, and I love to serve others and volunteer. I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and I like to say when I grow up I want to teach Kindergarten. I have always enjoyed working out whether it be fitness Zumba, spin, CrossFit, running, etc. A little about me, I struggled with negative self-image and eating disorders much of my young adult life. I USED to think the purpose of exercise and eating was to lose weight and be a skinnier version of myself. It was not until the last few years that God changed my heart and now I view my nutrition and exercise as a way to be a healthier version of me. I have since learned how to fuel my body to perform in the gym and life in general. When my heart was changed and my lifestyle and nutrition changed, I could lift heavier in the gym, run faster and longer, take care of my kids, have energy for my family, and be a better wife. I received my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certification as well as my Eat to Perform Nutrition Coach Certification and have coached a FABULOUS group of women in the 2017 year. I am excited to come alongside you and encourage you to reach your goals in fitness and health. There are no gimmicks or diets to follow, what I love about this program Is we will teach you how to fuel your body and you can sustain this lifestyle forever. I look forward to working with you! .
Registered and Licensed Dietitian
Hi! My name is Marci and I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. I’ve always had an interest in fitness and when I was younger I participated in different sports and activities which sparked that passion further. I, like many others, grew up eating a traditional American diet, so when I started investing more in my own nutrition during my college years, I had a “wake up call” and began my journey to become a Dietitian. In my free time I enjoy lifting weights, walking and hiking with my golden retriever, reading, skiing, and spending time with my friends.
In working with patients and clients who have had different goals over the years, I’ve found that nutrition is one (important) piece of the puzzle that contributes to an overall healthy lifestyle, and without the nutrition component, fitness goals can become extremely difficult to attain. My purpose is to help find what works for you in order to achieve and maintain your own personal goals that you can carry on as lifestyle changes moving forward. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you!
Registered and Licensed Dietitian
M.S. Clinical Nutrition
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Hello! I’m Kaylan Coker and I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Growing up I was always active. I dabbled in dance, softball, and gymnastics but never considered myself to be an athlete. In 2012, I walked into a Crossfit box having no clue what to expect and the first introductory WOD changed the course of my life as I knew it. I instantly fell in love with the close comradery of CrossFit along with learning challenging new skills. A year later, I completed my CrossFit Level 1 Certification and began coaching. Finally finding my niche in CrossFit, I finally saw myself as an athlete and quickly realized that the food I ate was just as important as the training… if not more! Inspired, I decided to go back to school for a second career to become Registered Dietitian and earn my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. I have an intimate understanding that total health is more than just working out and is a combination of good nutrition and self-care. I believe that food is not only fuel but is also what brings people together so it must be enjoyed. Finding that balance is what it is all about!
As much as I love Crossfit, I also think it is important to step outside the box (literally) and test your fitness which is why I also enjoy yoga, running the occasional 5k and 10k, completing at least one obstacle race/mud run a year and doing anything adventurous (an annual skydive is a must!) I have also completed a half marathon (yes, I ran the whole time which was a small miracle). Without proper nutrition, none of this would be possible. Through my own personal journey, I have learned how to use food as fuel while still enjoying life and this is what I am excited to share. Whether you are trying to improve as an athlete or just improve your everyday life, let’s work together to make it happen!
NASM CPT
NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist
Hi! My name is Andrea Junca. I’m a wife and stay-at-home mommy to two children and two fur kids! I have a double B.A. in Fashion Design and Fashion Marketing, but I’ve recently switched gears to pursue my passion for nutrition and fitness.
I’ve always been into sports and fitness, but my road was never straight and narrow. I started with gymnastics in elementary school, transitioning to track in middle school and high school. Then, after a severe injury, my doctor told me I’d never run again without surgery. Fortunately, with a lot of help from my dad, this turned into my first real lesson in overcoming the odds and finding out what my body could do for me. We swam and lifted weights until I started running 5Ks and 10Ks with no pain! As I regained my physical fitness, I tried a lot of things. I completed a sprint triathlon, then tried out spin classes, Zumba, and body pump — but nothing really kept me motivated.
Then, in 2013, I found CrossFit, and it truly changed my approach to fitness and nutrition. I started to focus on diet and consciously eating to continue to improve my strength and endurance, plus my overall health. And, as I fell in love with this new lifestyle, I knew I wanted to change my career, but I was too afraid to take the plunge!
In 2014, 10 weeks pregnant with my first child, the decision to switch careers was made for me when I was laid off from my retail buying job. The very next day, I started working on my NASM certification to become a Personal Trainer.
Throughout my first pregnancy, I trained clients and truly enjoyed helping people achieve their goals. In 2018, pregnant with my second child, I met Heather and became very interested in BTS nutrition. So at 3 months postpartum, I joined the NYE Challenge and loved everything about it — from my coach to the community. I realized that this could be my opportunity to again help people improve their lives while still balancing my own goals and my full-time job as a mom to two young children. This prompted me to get certified with NASM as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
With my own journey in fitness and my knowledge of nutrition and fitness, I’m here to help you achieve your goals!! I can’t wait to work with you!

Hi everyone! My name is Julia and I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. After
graduating from UGA and working as an office manager for a few years I decided I wanted a more rewarding career that allowed me to fulfill my passion for helping others. Around this time of contemplating a career change, I was also becoming more involved at my gym
starting with kickboxing and eventually moving my way into weight lifting. With weight lifting specifically, I started to realize the importance of nutrition and how vital it is to achieving health goals. Fast forward three years later, I completed my Masters of Health
Science Degree with a concentration in Nutrition from GSU, completed over 1200 hours of supervised nutrition practice, passed my licensure exam, and have been happily practicing as a dietitian since!
My goal as a dietitian is to help you build a healthy relationship with food in order to
become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. I am here to help you achieve
your nutrition and/or fitness related goals!
In my free time I enjoy biking all over Atlanta, hanging with my friends, spending as much
time outside as possible, and playing with my two kittens. I also have recently joined
the Crossfit family and I couldn’t be more excited!
Registered and Licensed Dietitian
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University
MS in Health Sciences with a Concentration in Nutrition & Dietetics from Georgia State University
Hello! My name is Todd Reinkemeyer, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. My entry into the nutrition world was a personal one that started shortly after finishing my Bachelor’s degree. One day that summer I was walking up a flight of stairs and it hit me, “Wow. This is way more difficult than it should be.” From that point forward, I made a conscious decision to invest in my health. I did a lot of introspection on my personal nutrition and initiated many new exercise habits, such as including a regular resistance training and running regimen. A few years later, and the fruits of my labor had transformed into several completed marathons, mountain summits, and an overall much more positive outlook on my personal health.
From there, I realized that I needed to share this experience with others. I went back to school and attained my Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in nutrition from Georgia State University. I have counseled in a variety of different nutrition environments, completing over 1200 supervised practice hours in clinical, food service, community, and sports settings. My passions lie where nutrition meets performance. I’ve seen how nutrition has personally impacted my ability to perform in a variety of endeavors, and I want to help you see this impact as well!
Outside of nutrition, I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, golf, racquetball, Braves baseball, and many other things in this adventure we call life.
Masters of Science in Applied Nutrition
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Aloha! I’m Jenn DeSabio – devoted mother and wife. I hold an MS in Applied Nutrition -with a focus in Obesity and Eating Disorders- from Canisius College, and I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I previously worked as a CrossFit trainer, helping individuals from 13 to 60+ to become better versions of themselves through fitness and performance nutrition coaching. I am a believer in being well-rounded when it comes to fitness and enjoy resistance training, running, cycling, yoga and long walks with my family.
I believe food is something that should be enjoyed and it doesn’t have to be unhealthy for it to satisfy your taste buds. I also understand that food is fuel and fueling your body the right way will yield the best results. But, how do you get there? Learning to instill healthy habits is key to better health. That’s where I come in – I look forward to working with you, helping to create a successful picture of total nutrition for yourself.
Registered Dietitian
B.S. and M.S. in Nutritional Sciences
University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
Hello! I’m Cynthia Caudillo, a Registered Dietitian, wife to an active duty military soldier, and mother to a full-of-life 3-year-old daughter. When I was young, I was severely underweight and a dietitian helped guide me to a healthier life; I think this is what pushed me into the nutrition field as an adult, and I couldn’t be happier. I hope to always have a positive impact on others through nutrition, just as I experienced as a child. I love helping people reach their goals and learn to be healthier and happier so that they can be their best self.
I enjoy having an active lifestyle with many different activities from running to rock climbing, cycling, hiking, swimming, dancing, and yoga. I am passionate about traveling and cooking from all over the world. Food is a wonderful thing, it does not need to be scary or intimidating, and yes it can be healthy AND taste good!
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in 2010 in Nutritional Sciences and a Master’s Degree in 2014 in Nutritional Sciences, both from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. I have been a Nationally Registered Dietitian since 2010 and have loved helping people in all areas of nutrition-disease prevention, diabetes, cooking, obesity and weight loss, and sports to name a few. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, gardening, getting outdoors and exploring, and spending active time with my family. I am excited to join you on your journey to reach your health and fitness goals!
Registered and Licensed Dietitian
Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Spanish from Central Michigan University
RD at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital
Hello! I’m Ali. My interest in nutrition sparked when my active lifestyle playing sports came to a drastic halt after a knee injury playing volleyball. Being on crutches for five months, I used nutrition as a way to stay in shape and realized what an amazing, useful field it is in all walks of life. After my knee healed, I took up running and raced in a couple of half marathons, then injured my knee again. This then led me to take up weight lifting as well as yoga, hiking and other outdoor sports until I had surgery and went through physical therapy to be able to run again. All these activities have grown my passion for nutrition and showed me the important role
it plays in all types of performance and fitness. I’m also a passionate and adventurous foodie (who will eat just about anything), and being able to use my personal interests in cooking and trying new cuisines within my professional life has made dietetics a very rewarding field. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in dietetics and Spanish and completed my dietetic internship at Emory University Hospital. In addition to my love of food and nutrition, I am an avid traveler with a fascination for other
languages and cultures, a big college football and college basketball fan, and an outdoor enthusiast for hiking and camping.

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
NASM Certified Nutrition Specialist
Hello! I am a wife and mother of two sweet girls and have been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast for most of my adult life. My husband and I met in Seattle, and in 2011 the Army relocated us to Ft. Benning. I have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and practice part-time in the school district working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Although I struggled with weight growing up, in college I began to gain an interest in health and wellness; then, in 2011, my husband and I got serious about nutrition when we began a clean-eating lifestyle. Since having my daughters, maintaining a balanced fitness regimen as well as setting a good example for them has been very important to me. I enjoy yoga, running half marathons, strength training and high intensity workouts. A few years ago, my family and I adopted a vegan lifestyle. Although we loved the change in how we felt, it wasn't until I began my first challenge with Breakthrough Strength, and learned about counting macronutrients, that it all just seemed to click! I became a certified Nutrition Specialist because I want to help others learn how to properly fuel their bodies and implement healthy habits through a practical, sustainable lifestyle that allows them to enjoy food and achieve their goals!
